And now they’ve joined forces with Dageraad Brewing in Burnaby, B.C., another small brewer that has garnered a big reputation. Dageraad is all about experimentation with their beers, trying on funky yeasts, wild hops, and biotransformation techniques. Together, these two brewers created the “Wizard.” A Saison with delicious fruit character, tasty spices to wake up the senses, and Farmhouse funk to land the unique flight emblematic of both these brewing houses. The Wizard has all that funk while delivering notes of fresh leather and ripe cherries, built on a lean, crispy body that’s refreshing and easy to quaff. Serves well at 8°C and can cellar for six months. But why wait?
