Scott Vaccaro founded the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company in 2006, a short drive north from New York City. The Captain is the area’s largest craft brewery, producing over 28,000 barrels of beer annually. Now the brewery produces over 100 different beers every year and specializes in barrel-aged and sour beers.
