Profile
Smell
A lightly toasted grain malt is most of what you’ll pick up from this beer, but way in the background you can find a tickle of citrus on the nose.
Taste
Mild flavour leaning mostly on the grainy malt but with a touch of citrus zest on it. Lean, mean lager flavour right down the middle of the plate that hits hard on the palate and vanishes fairly quickly. Easy drinking, with a mellow finish and little aftertaste. Be sure to drink this one with a chill on it for ultimate refreshment.
Pairing
Time to dig into a set of Salt & Pepper chicken wings.
Sight
Pours a perfect golden lager colour with a clear body and low carbonation. A thin layer of suds on the pours slowly recedes to just a ring of bubbles around the glass.

Description
A true microbrew in every sense of the word, what Town Square Brewing Co may be missing in size, it more than makes up for in the quality of its beer. Brewing out of Edmonton, Alberta, for roughly five years now, Town Square is starting to make a name across Alberta and abroad. Town Square has produced over 100 beers in its time on the craft scene and strives to provide a solid spot for locals to come for a flight or a pint. If you’re in town, stop by, but if you’re farther afield, the best move is to pick up a six of their best work and enjoy. The Moving Day Lager is a perfect American-style lager with mellow flavour, crisp body, and a smooth finish. Serve this one crisp at 5°C and it can stay in the cooler for up to six months, but we recommend getting into it sooner.
