Description
Moncton’s newest brewpub is a result of a collaboration between four men who all had the idea to introduce a new brewery to Moncton. Patric Daigle, enjoyed dabbling in the art of home brewing and decided to explore more brewing techniques by really diving into the art of craft beer and the industry. He left behind a career in photography to pursue his dream. With huge support and a faithful following from the craft beer community he was able to produce on a larger scale thanks to a friendship with Cavok (local microbrew) and started to meet the demands for larger distribution in government liquor stores. The opportunity to actually open his own brewery didn’t happen until 2021, when he met Entrepreneurs Nick Spataro and John Gonzales and real estate agent Greg McAfee who all by chance had the idea of starting up a new local microbrewery. Two years later their collaboration and hard work paid off and O’Creek Brewing Company was born.
