Profile
Smell
Aromas of tropical fruit including mango and pineapple, a touch of citrus zest, and a leafy, fresh cut greens coming from the hop that give it some brightness.
Taste
The touch of fruit comes through first but it’s followed quickly by a floral hop flavour that is moving fast and it wants to be centre stage. The taste is also slightly salty but it comes and goes so fast you’ll have trouble catching it. Pleasant and slightly sweet overall flavour but it doesn’t last long. Mostly smooth mouthfeel but a dry finish.
Pairing
A great beer for steak night, but don’t get too crazy with your sides.
Sight
Pours the colour of Apricot juice with a hazy body and low carbonation. A big, frothy head of slightly yellowish foam rests on the top.
SRM 8
Hazy American Pale Ale

Tulip
Description
If something is worth doing, it should be done with intention. That was the idea that brought Scott Saccary, Kevin Saccary, and Mike Gillespie to the doorstep of craft brewing. In their minds, anything they made should be done with care and purpose, so that the outcome delivered a purpose that people cared about. A trifecta emerged, where they created clothing, beer, and events that brought the people of Nova Scotia together. And through intention, gave them a meaning that was more than the sum of its parts. New Scotland Brewing Co. makes great things because of attention and care born from intentionality. Crack open the result and enjoy. The Beachcomber is a hazy-bodied, dry-hopped American pale ale with hops that have some legs on your palate. Part of their small batch series, so made with extra love and care. Serves well at 8°C and should be cracked soonish.
