In the summer of 2024, they decided to expand their portfolio by partnering with Nicelife Cocktails, a brand known for its unwavering commitment to quality. This synergy made perfect sense, given Field House’s own emphasis on top-notch ingredients and creativity, as well as the rising popularity of craft cocktails. The idea behind their new brew was to fuse the best of both beer and spirits. It pays tribute to a past cocktail named High Fashion, which featured gin, rhubarb, grapefruit, and elderflower. The final product is bright and lively, with bold citrus notes from lemon peel and grapefruit, plus a gentle tartness reminiscent of cranberries. It also offers the kind of botanical layers you’d expect in a well-crafted gin. Soft wheat flavours and a hint of creaminess bring balance to these fruity and floral components, while subtle flashes of fresh honeycomb tie everything together. The result is a one-of-a-kind beer sure to captivate fans of both craft beer and artisanal cocktails—proof that Field House remains a frontrunner in innovation.
