Smell
Reminiscent of orange, pineapple, bitter caramel and pine on the nose. Sweet and dense. Fruity balanced with a pine bitterness.
Taste
Palate is bursting with tropical fruit, slightly hoppy and refreshingly dry. The palate mimics the nose to a ‘T’. Snappy fruit and blended cereal notes.

Description
Brothers Ron and Rick Chapman opened a brewpub together in 1996, realizing their dream of creating craft brews together in their hometown of Coronado in San Diego. At that time, they were one of five craft breweries, an industry that was largely dominated by industrial breweries. The aim of the brewpub was to create the kind of space where friends could enjoy great beer and good food, all in a very laid-back atmosphere. Fast forward to today where the brewery has grown exponentially from a small space to a company that has a production capacity thanks to a new facility in the Tecolote Canyon area. The Knoxville facility produces over 60,000 barrels of beer! CBC has won numerous awards during the years including the title of “World Beer Cup Champion Best Mid-Sized Brewery & Brewmaster”.
