Profile
Smell
There’s tasty, tropical fruit pumped full of pineapple, and there’s frisky hops delivering floral and herbal aromas. But there’s also a hint of barnyard aroma, like a funky sour.
Taste
The amount of dry-hopping advertised delivers an interesting flavour experience. Starting off smooth, slightly sweet and buttery, the hops grab the wheel and start swerving. They open up the flavour to let in floral hops with some fresh, green flavour, and blow the lid off the fruit. It all moves together toward the finish, where it transforms into a laser focused flavour. Dry at the end with the buttery taste back and some floral left behind.
Pairing
Pair this up with a great cheese board and you’ll have an excellent evening.
Sight
Pours a pale yellow colour with a hazy body and low carbonation. No real head to speak of after the pour.

Description
With a name like Matt Beere, the day you open a craft brewery is less the day you start your own business, and more the day your destiny has finally arrived. Starting up the brewery in 2017, Beere Brewing is committed to a quality, no shortcut philosophy that produces unique tasting beers that anybody would enjoy drinking. The full range of classic styles is represented on the taps. Visitors are more than welcome to cruise in and have a tour, enjoy a flight, pick up a six-pack, or hang around with their buds and enjoy. Beere Brewing is by a family and it's for the family of North Van - or anyone who picks up a can of their beer across the globe. The Dinner Party is an IPA with a serious amount of dry-hopping happening. If one dry-hop adds to the depth of character in the flavour, what does double end up doing? Can you handle that much depth? Serves well at 8°C and you should test your mettle right away.
