Troubled Monk opened its door and started throwing out cans of craft beer in 2015. From the mean streets of Red Deer, Alberta, Troubled Monk has launched an effort to produce excellent craft beer using primarily Canadian ingredients. It all began in a small 15 barrel brewhouse that’s been slowly creeping toward a larger and larger operation for nearly a decade. With their eyes on building a brilliant community of beer lovers and inspiring others through the craft of brewing, they seek out their trouble makers and bold brews. The Juicy Gossip is a New England-style IPA made with a seriously insane amount of hops to give it an evolving flavour on the palate and deliver a punch to your taste buds. Big, juicy tropical fruit flavours and an edge of hoppy goodness. Serves well at 8°C and should be enjoyed promptly.
