The Okanagan valley sports some of the best orchards in the country and numerous other crops flourish in the area. Cannery relies on locally sourced malt and hops, depending on quality techniques to produce unpasteurized beers with crisp, fresh flavours. Over 20 styles of beer are available from Cannery, once only the purview of British Columbia, their beer is starting to travel across the Great North and down into the United States. Good things can’t stay hidden forever. Eight of their beers are year-round, with the rest enjoying a seasonal release. The Trellis is an American-style IPA with West Coast stylings. That means you’re tasting piney hops with sharp citrus accents from classic hops used in the brew. Serves well at 8°C and should be enjoyed promptly.
