Westbrook Brewing began in the mind of Edward Westbrook during a trip to Cologne, Germany. Tasting beers that he'd never come across before, he was shocked by the quality, variety, and flavour that had never touched his palate until that moment. Returning home, he began hunting for craft beer and when his search only brought a handful of beers to the surface he decided it was time to make his own. Brewing dozens of beers at the same time, juggling a pocket brewery and grad school, Westbrook discovered that his passion was for clear water, quality malt, and tasty hops. So in 2012 the passion became real and Westbrook Brewing started putting out cans that caught the attention of beer lovers in South Carolina and abroad. The Santa Claw NEIPA is a Christmas release that delivers fruity aromas and a wild hop ride each year. Serves well at 8°C and should be enjoyed soonish.
