Smell
Quite a mild aroma, slightly fruity but with a strong whiff of zesty yeast that gives it an electric zap across the nose.
Taste
A mild flavour follows the mild nose, a slightly warm, fresh bread grain is matched up with a slightly sweet but muddled fruity flavour. The taste comes and goes like lightning, and leaves behind a touch of leafy hops along with an astringent mouthfeel. Pleasant and snappy, this is a beer worth drinking slow and taking in.
Pairing
Pair up with something fatty and grilled for a nice combo - a Ribeye is never something to refuse.
Sight
Pours a rich golden colour with a hazy body and low carbonation. A thin layer of honey-tinted bubbles rests on top of the glass.

2 Crows is the brainchild of husband and wife team Mark and Kelly Huizink, and their partner/brewmaster Jeremy Taylor. Located in deep eastern Canada, 2 Crows is an open and welcoming brewery, looking to connect and enrich their community. But they’ve also aimed at enriching the world with their beer. And now they’re starting to bust out of the maritime scene, crossing the nation with their brew. More than two dozen beers have graced the slate, some hanging around throughout the year and a few seasonal or special brews. 2 Crows aims for locally sourced and locally conceived beers, taking classic styles and throwing the curve of the eastern maritime onto them. They’ve also taken a shot at hard seltzer and a few wine mashups. The Terra is an American-style pale ale made with distinct maritime technique. Snappy and pleasant tasting, this is a beer worth sitting with and digging through its mysteries. Serves well at 8°C and should be enjoyed promptly.
