Description

Ghostfish is known for tasty, creative beers that just happen to be gluten-free. They use premium gluten-free grains, yeast strains, and Pacific Northwest hops to craft brews that stay true to classic styles, yet push the boundaries of what’s possible in gluten-free beer. Their goal is to lead the North American gluten-free beer market. Ghostfish was formed by Brian and Randy, friends who originally planned to open an Irish-style pub. That changed when Randy got a homebrew kit and started experimenting. When Brian’s wife, Amber, was diagnosed with celiac disease, they realized craft beer options were lacking. So they launched Ghostfish, believing they could do better. Then came Igliashon, or “Igs,” who’d begun brewing gluten-free beer at a young age after discovering his own intolerance. With plenty of experience and a growing reputation, Igs connected with Brian and Randy on a gluten-free brewing forum, and Ghostfish took off. Now, they’re on a mission to show everyone just how delicious gluten-free beer can be.
