Smell
The smell of roasted coffee and biscuit malt is most of what you’ll sniff out. There’s a light touch of sweet caramel and a mild aroma of floral hops.
Taste
The flavour is more mild than you might expect after smelling it. The roasted elements are quite laid back and there’s more of the floral and herbals hops coming into the picture. The sweetness is just right to balance out the earthy and bitter notes from the hops. Overall a smooth and slightly sweet amber that hits the spot. Finishes up smooth with only a kiss of sweetness.
Pairing
The perfect beer for a thin-crust pizza that includes some italian sausage.
Sight
Pours a dark amber colour with a clear body and low carbonation. A thin layer of small bubbles is all that remains on top of the pour.

Description
Beva Brewing & Blending is a fairly new contender on the craft beer scene in Vancouver. Making their home in North Vancouver’s Norgate neighborhood, they’ve already put out more than a dozen seasonals and maintain a roster of close to 20 regular beers on the taps. Running the gamut, Beva offers up a handful of IPAs, fruit infused Saisons, a stiff-upper-lip Porter, and more. They’ve built many of their offerings to pair up with a simple but tasty menu, meaning their pairings are often suited to real world meals you’d put on your own plate, rather than theoretical pairings. This is a rarer bird on the Club this month and will be tough to get your hands on any other way, so take your time to enjoy a quality brew from the West Coast. Don't Argue! Is a Vienna-style lager made with a mixture of German and Canadian malt. Middle of the road in strength and smooth in the body. Serves well at 8°C and can cellar for up to six months.
