Profile

Smell

The warm malt aroma and noble hops mix into a slightly funky, fresh rye bread nose.

Taste

A mild flavour that has a lightly toasted grain malt and a sniff of floral hops. Overall it’s a mellow taste that will glide over your palate and take a long time to fade off. Which is good, because it will take some time to really dig into the flavour. Smooth bodied and with a slightly dry finish, this is one beer that’s easy to enjoy a few times in an evening.

Pairing

Nothing too spicy or overpowering, the flavour is delicate in this beer so dig into something equally delicate - sea-food is a solid choice.

Sight

Pours a light golden colour with a clear body and low carbonation. A touch of frothy head from the pour will disappear on you after a few.
