Profile

Smell

Strong aromas of sweet, muddle tropical fruit and citrus zest. A touch of warm caramel slips through, backed up with some floral hop character.

Taste

For such a strong aroma, this beer has a subtle, laid back flavour that you’ll have to chase down. The tropical fruit is present but loses much of the sweetness from the nose, mostly giving you citrus zest, some mango, and banana. The floral hops are really far in the background of the flavour, only giving it some basic colour. Mouthfeel is smooth on taste but dries up on the finish.

Pairing

With such a subtle flavour you can pair this is up with anything off the pub’s menu, so why not dip into a gnarly charcuterie.

Sight

Pours a bright yellow colour with a mostly clear body and low carbonation. A thick layer of yellow-tinted foam pours from the can and hangs around for a while.
