But that really isn’t the case - they’re not worried about trying to get weird and funky, or experiment with ways to dry hop your dry hop, so that your hops are very dry. They want to make good beer that you can sit down and drink on a Friday night and be glad that you opened up the can. So get ready for Sparrowhawk’s straight-forward handiwork in the form of cool, crisp beer in your glass. The Kölsch is based on the classic style, light in body, slightly spicy, crisp and refreshing. Serves well at 8°C and can cellar for up to six months.
