The body is light, and the aroma and flavour are mild. With low alcohol and light body this beer is ideal for the all afternoon patio session. Serves well at 8°C and can cellar for six months.

A mild lager flavour marked by toasted bread and biscuit malt, a light and slightly sweet body reminiscent of corn, a balancing agent in the form of lemon zest and flesh, and a touch of bitterness and bite that keeps everything in its backyard. Finishes off slightly dry and chalky with no real aftertaste.
