How do I sign up for Canada Craft Club shipments?
Simple! Visit canadacraftclub.ca, choose a subscription or a gift, select your shipping zone and enter in your credit card information. It’s that easy! Tantalizing and delicious craft beer selections will show up at your home or office around the middle of the month following your purchase. For example, if you purchase in July, your first shipment will arrive mid-August.
Do I need to sign up for a contract? Are there membership fees?
Nope. Negative. No way. There are no contracts to sign, no start-up fees, and no cancellation fees. Your monthly membership will automatically renew each month (gift orders are paid for in full, in advance and will not renew). Take note: you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time with no obligations.
What happens if I get a bad bottle of beer?
Oh no! That’s no fun. We’re sorry. Bad bottles are an unfortunate reality of beer world and they do occur. If you do get a bad or off bottle as part of your package, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will ensure that a credit is applied directly to your account.
Why can’t I pick the beer contained in the packages?
The idea of joining Canada Craft Club is to expand your beer exposure. We craft our subscription packages to ensure that you get something new and interesting (and of course, delicious) every time! We are confident that you will enjoy the beers selected.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my monthly package?
Sure, why not?
Upgrading or downgrading your packages is easy. If you have subscribed to a specific package, and wish to graduate to a higher package or step down a level, log in with your account, cancel your existing subscription and select the new package.
Does Canada Craft Club offer a guarantee?
We are committed to your satisfaction, so committed in fact, that we guarantee our packages 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the beers you receive, you may request a refund.

Can I get a Canada Craft Club package shipped to me?
We can only ship to post office boxes with Canada Post. You must be over the age of majority in order to subscribe and there always needs to be someone over the legal age of majority to receive the shipment (FedEx and Canada Post will ID if you appear under 25). Alberta members are shipped with Fedex, we can ship your beer with Canada Post upon request. This is recommended if you are located in a rural community or remote location. All other provinces are shipped with Canada Post by default. If you live in Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa we will automatically ship your beer with ATS Healthcare.
Can I pick-up my package?
Sure can if you live in Calgary, or frequent the city. We are proud to be able to offer an alternative solution to shipping your beer club package, in Calgary. Similar to our courier deliveries, you will be notified by email when your monthly package is available to pick-up at our liquor store Highfield, at 22, 1259 Highfield Cres. SE. If you are an existing Canada Craft Club member and would like to pick-up your package, please get in touch with us and we will make the change for you!
When can I expect my beer?
Canada Craft Club members can expect their packages will be delivered to you around the 3rd week of each month, as long as a purchase was made in the preceding month. So remember, if you’d like a package of beer, or want a gift to be delivered next month, be sure to sign up this month. We will take the liberty of delaying delivery during extreme weather conditions, during this time we ask for your patience.
How does delivery work?
A huge part of the Canada Craft Club advantage is the delivery of beer to your home or office. When your package is shipped out, around mid-month, you will receive an email with the tracking number and details. A FedEx, Canada Post or ATS tracking number will been assigned, which will also link to a tracking page, with the status of your shipment online. Shipments with Canada Post will take 2-10 business days depending on location, FedEx with in 2 business days, and ATS within 4 days.
Someone over the age of majority, who is not inebriated, must sign for the delivery. Couriers cannot leave deliveries on a doorstep if no one is home. The delivery personnel will ID anyone who appears under the age of 25. It is the law. For this reason, we strongly suggest getting your package delivered to your office.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
FedEx will make 1 unsolicited delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery, you must contact FedEx within 5 days to arrange for a second delivery attempt or pick-up the package at the nearest FedEx depot. Otherwise, FedEx will ship your package back to us and you will incur a $15 re-delivery charge.
Canada Post only makes 1 delivery attempt. If the delivery is not successful, the package will be left at the nearest depot for pick-up. Remember, they will require your ID to release the package. Your package will be returned to us after 10 days, if it is not claimed. We charge a $15 re-delivery charge if the package is returned.
ATS will make two delivery attempts. If you are not home and miss the delivery, a door tag will be left. You can contact the local ATS office to schedule a second delivery attempt.

How am I billed?
If you have signed up for a recurring monthly package your American Express, Visa or MasterCard will be charged on a monthly basis. We process payments monthly on the 20th for the upcoming delivery. If the 20th falls on a weekend, we process payments the last business day prior to the weekend. If you signed up for a gift, your American Express, Visa or MasterCard will be billed once, in advance and never charged again.
I’m concerned about giving my credit card and personal information.
How do I suspend/cancel my membership?
If you are going to be out of town for a few weeks or months and would like to suspend your account, please visit your account profile at canadacraftclub.ca and select the “Suspend” option. Your membership will automatically start-up again after your suspension ends.
Cancellation of your subscription can be done via your profile by logging in or clicking on the My Account link and the choosing Cancel link. Follow the prompts and your membership is cancelled.
Are there penalties or fees if I want to cancel?
No penalties, no fees, no hassles. We will of course be sad to see you go and might ask you why you are cancelling, but we want our members to leave Canada Craft Club and look fondly back on the experience and many members take a break and then re-join in the future.
If you cancel or suspend after the 20th (when we have already processed payment for the next shipment), the upcoming delivery will be the last you receive. If you have already paid for next month’s shipment (you cancelled after the 20th), and can not accept the delivery, please reach out to us.
Does the price of the package include shipping?
Yes! However additional charges may apply to certain areas and rural locations. The price will change in the checkout, once your postal code is entered, prior to submitting your order.
What happens if my beer arrives damaged?
Our custom built polystyrene packing rarely allows for a broken bottle. However, now and then due to shipping or weather, bottles do arrive damaged. Should your shipment arrive in pieces, please email the beer’s details and a photo of the broken bottle to email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment, we will happily work out a solution with you.
